Working through the food in the fridge. Have started to feed fresh fruit and veggies to my parrots - they love them. So that will inspire me to make some big chopped salads - we can share if there is no dressing or avocado.
Two things figured out:
I need to drink more water so I have taken to having a nice big tea mug full of hot water cuz I am too lazy to make tea. Not lazy - just want to have a drink when I think about it and tea takes too long!
Planning at night makes the next day much, much easier!
