Ughhhh, I have to get back on the wagon! I love tracking all of my food and exercise but it was very time consuming. Problem is...when I don't document what I eat, I tend to eat whatever, lol. LESSON LEARNED!
This was certainly not the best holiday food weekend I've had. If it was on the table, I probably ate some of it... Okay, enough is enough, time to get my focus, will and discipline back! Pray my strength...
