I like Gordon Ramsay’s broccoli soup recipe. All you need is broccoli, water, salt&pepper, and some sort of cream or goat cheese. Boil broccoli, reserve the water, and use it to purée everything in a blender. Sounds too simple to be good but it’s sublime, super filling and very pretty🥦
