It's been a rough few months. I haven't had much of an appetite for the last few days. Back pain has kept me from exercising much, but just got cleared today to go back to working out. Hopefully this next week goes well. I'm frustrated with my weight loss, or lack thereof. I'm trying to stay positive and focused.

Back pain is so frustrating, hopefully the movement will help it a bit (my back gets stiff when it isn't moving). Hope the week goes well.
