Okay so some changes recently. I quit adding fat to my meals, and upped my protein by double. Its working.. I'm freaking losing..lol. I hit my 1st 50 lbs loss. I have 69 more lbs to go. Zero Carb, whoo hoo. I actually don't do zero carb, but I'm trying to. Its hard!
