It occurs to me that my journals are starting to sound like greeting cards so i will save my wit (dazzling though it is) for Throwback Thursday. Short and sweet today.
I am getting into a nice groove now I think, about half a pound a day. I want to tighten up my meal plans a little more but I think from here out its just keep the momentum going with a few well time kicks from my buddies. Atkins with no dairy has been interesting....
I may try an outdoor run this afternoon, the temps should be about 20ish so it will feel a heat wave after yesterdays -18. Hugs to all, enjoy Hump day!
