Week one done. That was the easy part. I see my calories creeping up. 1st week I had a few left over. This week is cutting super close. The urges are starting. And the bargaining in my mind has begun. Thoughts like, "If I eat this chocolate, I just won't eat lunch" or "This will be the last time" Or "I will do better tomorrow". It is hard when a war rages in your mind about something that is suppose to nourish us and make us live.

Get yourself some 85% Cacao Dark Chocolate. If you limit yourself to 1-2 squares per day with some plain 0-fat greek yogurt and some berries, cherries or other fruit, you will help with the cravings and still provide your body with healthy nutrition.
