I lost .6 I ate eggs and pumpkin pancake for supper last night. didn't eat a snack afterwards. Ate almonds and pecans yesterday and even ate an atkins bar at my dads. I ate a pumpkin desert during the day after lunch. I had a big glass of water with the sonic ice. love eating the ice.
