Getting up at 5am seems to make me ravenous in the morning. I wasn't prepared very well today so I've already eaten 2 pks of lance crackers. No microwave at work either :/
I tend to be hypogylcemic in the mornings...Any Suggestions besides protein bars or shakes?

Well you can grab something before you go, you can pack a cooler the night before with foods you will eat during the day. You can bring yogurt, fruit, veggies, hummus, sandwich etc. They have oatmeal packets with protein now and you could bring a container of hot water and just mix it together at work. Oatmeal will keep you satiated for a while. It just takes a little planning. But lance crackers won't keep you full at all. High protein and high fiber will help. Focus on non-processed foods and just bring a treat with you (like the crackers or cookie). I read somewhere that losing weight is about 80% diet and WHAT you eat can be as important as HOW MUCH.
