Yesterday was a busy day, I completed about 1 hour of yard work and several hours of badminton, dodgeball and soft ball with the kids. I also danced and did other engaging activities throught out the day. I ate far more than usual and ate my last item around 9:45pm.
66.3 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
