One tiny pound in five days, based wholly on alterations in my diet. I have eaten more vegetables and fruits, have cut out some, but not all, sweets, and have generally tried to consume more water and less food overall. I still hate salads and go nowhere near them. I need to get myself some protein shakes. Cravings for sweets is one issue that I struggle with. Now let's see how well I do over the weekend, traditionally a time for binging and poor dietary choices for me.
