I think I have lost my focus. I think I have been eating not too too bad, but something is wrong because the scale is going up instead of going down. I know I could be better but its just not adding up. If it takes 3500 calories more then what you burn to gain a lb and I have gained 3 since last weigh in, wtf have I been eating? Trying to stay positive but this is getting ridiculous! Time to throw the scale out I think and just focus on how I feel. Did a bootcamp on Monday night and it was great. I am extremely sore still! It is a good hurt though.

Don't give up girl! Your weight can flucuate throughout the week. Your body could still be in shock from boot camp and retaining water. Everything will level out sooner or later as long as you stay focused and remember your in this for a long time not a short time. This is the rest of your life. I believe in you and you should too!
