Bad Girl! I didn't eat healthy today. I didn't eat much at all~ I hope the little calories that I ate shows up on my scale tomorrow!(rather shows down! lol) I am wishing you all a blessed evening, and happy dieting tomorrow! GBU All~Ann

just adjust with lots of healthy for a few days. I'm bad about forgetting to eat on days off work. I get busy and forget.
