Anniversary was great. I celebrated with the desserts a little too much. However, I did avoid alcohol. I hope to be successful at that tomorrow as well. I have my first fitting for my wedding dress on Tuesday.

I weighed 148 again this morning. Argh. Perhaps, I have been eating too much blue cheese and my fat intake is too high. Bah. I feel good about my body and I can feel that my pants are loser. But, I tried on a pair of size 6 capris, and they were no where close to being wearable. Disappointment! By the way my body felt, I was in the mindset that I was much closer to wearing them.
