Cabbage kimchi. When I first had this, I really don't know what to make of it. Wife seems to like it tho. Made for her few times. Over the years I learnt to accept it and got addicted during recent encounter. So here I'm prepping 2 container for myself.

I eat a fair amount of kimchi too for both the flavor and the healthy probiotics. Besides Korean dishes, I put it in tacos, breakfast burritos as a tangy/spicy garnish for lentils, beans and salads. An ounce or two goes a long way and keeps daily sodium intake down. 😊

Yfritz, you are so kind! I just like playing with ingredients😂 The area in Virginia where I live has a huge military presence which gives me access to all sorts of different cultural markets. Plus I am pretty good at copying ideas from others!

Karen, I love the spicy and tanginess of this kimchi too. Thanks for the idea. I normally eat it with my chicken or just by itself.

Yfritz, I'm assuming taco and wraps are the same thing, is it? Thanks for letting me know. I'll be sure to visit Karen's page for ideas🌻😊

Moops, I just learn about the prebiotic too. Once you used to it, it's all right. Hey, I even ate fermented durian and love it. The taste is not much different from kimchi, just the smell🤣

Navywifeski, thanks. I had it almost everyday this week. Got an authentic korean one from my local supermarket to compare the taste with my homemade one. Got addicted instead😅.

BB, it need a little use to at first, at least for me. Easy to make but need 2-3 days for it to ferment and producing probiotic. Taste is sour, tangy and spicy. Healthy and tasty too, but don't quote me😅🌻🌻
