looks like I've been fasting for 4 weeks now. Not sure what caused it but it stopped helping almost 2 weeks ago. I stopped at 13 hours today. Going to try and focus on getting my water intake up, sleeping more than two hours a night😂 eating a little more but still under or at 1200... and getting my miles in daily and back to weights. Hopefully something helps. 🙏🏼
