OH My, I just discovered a new diet dessert. It is so good! This dessert leaves you full and satisfied! The wonderful part for me, is that I don't crave more. One is enough! Oh yeah! It is called Healthy Choice Frozen Greek Yogurt. The trick is to take it out of the freezer, and microwave it for 10 seconds. Yummy and creamy! Only 100 calories :)~Ann
