Well totally made too much for my lunch. it wasn't until I tried to serve it all up I realised. not possible to consume all that in one sitting. so I had a brainwave- have one of the Tortillas with filling later on for my tea. yay. I am so organised- no wonder I only had 200cal for tea!! it was all in the lunch.
