Its a 'cookie' made with banana, almonds, chocolate chips, peanut butter, and granola(homemade)that I make my kids for breakfasts when we are on the run early. I ate one on autopilot before I realized what I was eating. Essentially it's a granola bar that looks like a cookie so all my kids will eat them. Dairy free so I eat them too. They look like big fat chocolate chip cookies. Every time I get a lecture from schools I send them the recipe.

NICE !! A "auto" response to the nutrition "police" that is BOTH nutritious AND tastes good (at least sound very much to me like it would taste good) :)
(and you KNOW you burned up SOME of that cookie on the mini-trampoline, right?)
