Welcome to "Fat Tuesday"! It's the beginning of Lent so I've decided to give up on my trigger food, popcorn. I love it and, once I start, I eat too much. It's not that popcorn itself is terrible but it just happens to be one of those foods for me that leads to other "bad" behaviors. Still under 200 lbs but not focused on weight as much anymore. That feels good, by the way. Just wanted to check in since I've been reminded that it's been 108 days since my last update! Hope all is well!
