Good morning FS. Weight yesterday was a 3 pound jump, decided to wait to record it till today, as it could be water weight from the activities from Thursday. Sure enough, only 1x pound. But I’m in the 60’s, with only 5 lbs to a goal,6 lbs to -100 and a total of 19 to go before 20 October, it is going to be so close.
122.0 kg Lost so far: 42.6 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
