Good Morning, Once again the scale gnomes are playing with me. Was hoping for a little more loss in order to get into a new decade. As I have stated in the past, I don’t record the tenths of a pound, but this morning I was only 3/10th away from the the new decade. Going on bike ride today, and yard work tomorrow, so hopefully will be in new decade by this weekend. Thinking about cutting some on the fat for a few days, to see if the gnomes will be kind again.

Well, got late start today. 12.3 mile bike ride (1 hour, 3 min, 2 secs) , followed by 20 min cooldown walk. Normally I don’t eat anything (except water and black coffee) after 8pm until 8 am. Due to my late start, breakfast was skipped making it an unintentional 16 hour fast. Accidental change in my diet, maybe was a good thing? We shall see in the scale gnomes are working with me in the morning.
