Ugh. I am retaining water like nobody's business and I am sure calories are way too low. I dragged out my jogging trampoline until I can get the treadmill fixed or replaced. After talking to a few people I will commit to a month of the lower carb. While induction is impossible with a mostly vegetarian diet I am shooting for less than 50 which is piles lower than my usual.
Hitting the store later for stevia, nut butter, and walnuts.

Kudos for being willing to give it a try. Drink drink drink. Will get rid of the fluid. Might spend a portion of the day on the hopper, but it will go down.

Totally "cheering" for your body to co-operate with your plan. I sincerely believe with your insights, commitment to learning, and your obvious ongoing determination, SOON you will be able to see some results...I am trying to be lower carb ONLY because my surgeon says he wants me to...lol (And I guess it's probably wise to listen to a man who will use a knife on me again at some point in the future) lol
