I posted a recipe under one of the pics:
I call it breakfast cheesecake. I make 3 at a time as they are great in the fridge and they can be warmed up in the microwave for 1.5min and taste as they just came out of then. Ingredients: - 300g dry farmers cheese (0.5%-4%) - 2 eggs - 3 egg whites - sweetner to taste (I used great value sweetner: 6 tbsp) - 3Tbsp flour (I use gluten free or white rice flour) - 3 large mashed bananas - 60g frozen berries (I use frozen sour cherries, blueberries or cranberries) A. Preheat oven to 350⁰F B. Beat all ingredients except bananas with a hand mixer until smooth and barely any lumps left. C. Add bananas and mix again until smooth. Might be liquidy but don't worry. D. Divide into 3 ramekins, add berries and bake for 45 minutes. E. 😉 Enjoy!
