Back to square one after 5 weeks of visits from friends and family.😣 Lots of drinking and restaurants, so no surprise. I'll just call this 'life balance'. 😏 Pre-COVID, my maintenance weight was 54 kg with 2-3 kg fluctuations throughout the month. Now, eating as I did before I'm 5 kg heavier. I read somewhere that on average women put on 5kg around menopause, but I'm not ready to accept that yet. so, I shall channel all of your strength and get back into my jeans dammit!
