Today was a good day. Woke, and stood on the scale, which is usually under attack by the scale gnomes. Again, caught them off guard. Another 2 lbs for a total of 92 lbs loss, also met another mini goal (the weight of my 12 yo granddaughter). Ate breakfast and out for a bicycle ride 10+ miler. Heart rate up at least 20 min. Went on a little sight seeing with my Mrs, then to church. Only 11 more weeks (20 Oct) to meet my goal (1 year, and dr annual). It’s going to be close at 2x lbs per week (11x2= 22, Only need 21). A few big weeks 3-5 lbs would make me feel a lot better
All in all… It was a good day

Another good day, biked 11.2 miles, Still got heart rate up, Pb still looking good. Pushing on to lose these last 21 lbs, before 20 October… After Dr apt, I may rest my goal, however won’t decide for sure until I meet with the Dr.
