Got mild IBS symptoms today. Probably stacked too many fructose foods at dinner. Will see how I feel Sunday. If I feel okay, I will start to test onion. Otherwise, I will wait until I feel better.

Going to have an academic coaching appointment Tuesday and get my books to prepare for classes, which start in 4 weeks.

Still trying to find my ideal calorie intake. My thyroid levels are good finally, but now I don't know how many calories I should eat. Calculator.net said 1933, but tried that and lost 0.2 lbs a day. Clearly I need more than that. Mifflin St. Jeor says 1919, Katch McArdle with 28.2% fat says 1933, Revised Harris-Benedict says 1998.
