screwed up my fast by snacking at midnight. I could of pushed thru but then forgot about that and drank a sugar free drink this morning instead of my normal black coffee. Oh well I've been at it a couple weeks so I guess one day off won't be the end. feeling pretty good and heading to the gym to start the month off right.
