Utterly frustrated. weight keeps staying same. Measurements also same.(26 inch waist and 37 inch hips) workout 6 times /week for 1 hour every day, muscle pains all around, cutting out of food(not always) and still nothing.1 month and a half and still moving in circle with weight oscillating back and forth around 60 kg.

I still have 1 month and a half of insanity workout left. I'll dread till the end because i hate leaving the things undone, but I'm not sure if i will get anything out of it. On top of this i need to keep up with the yoga training, which is not that much lately due to lack of time and power.

132lbs (60KG) already seems very light. Could it be that you've hit a sorta plateu? You may need to up the intensity of your workouts in order to push past that plateu. You could also add in resistance workouts in order to burn more calories.

Also, the less body fat you have, the slower it falls off, seems to be the general gist.

IMHO eat your RDI to get your energy up. Gain some muscle and change the measurements that way.

broke the plateau today after skiping 1 meal last evening, but made up eating properly today, not much just regular. im usually eating less than my rdi. yes definetely need some more muscles. and not sure if i can work out more intense than i already do. Insanity is really tough and i hardly can keep up with it.
