I am an addict. I am addicted to sugar, fat and salt with sugar being the main culprit. I need to abstain from the foods that trigger binge eating. This binge eating has caused me to gain 26kg and is destroying my health, relationships and ability to enjoy life. I need to get a handle on this now. I will abstain from foods that contain added sugar and wheat. This is my starting point.
