Whew...a rough 5 days. My daughter got the flu, so I worked from home. I ate badly and experienced my yo-yo period again where I went down and then back up. Today, ate badly so far. However, 1 or 2 bad days will not sidetrack me. I have my glass of water and will look to correct this...
I need to focus on grabbing fruit or veggies when I stress instead of grain based foods. I hope everyone had a good weekend. I will makes sure to keep focusing on the positive.
On a good note, my daughter is no longer sick!
