I am slowly regaining weight, my bras are a little tighter around the midriff which pushes the fat up and over side back strap near arm joint. I absolutely abhor this, I've succeeded in reducing this to what in my eyes is an acceptable appearance before. what is so frustrating is I am pretty good in my diet. no chocolate, pizza, fattening treats. yes I like a calcium rich choc yogurt, but I count those. Maybe 3 over a week. to get sufficient fibre, calcium protein etc., what else to do? quietly determined to stop this creep up of weight right now. stop in the name of love!
