Feeling really gross and heavy today, possibly from all the flax seeds I ate yesterday. Relied too heavily on corn tortillas this week, and didn't drink enough water.
130.6 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 39.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
