What matters is the intensity. Get close to muscular failure. But there is a point where too many reps are essentially cardio rather than good for muscle building. I'd say at around 40 reps, you've gone too far.

So glad that Diablo knows because Morticia doesn't have a clue. LOL. I look good though. (Don't hate me because I'm beautiful - LOL!!) Yes, I'm "drunk" today - could not sleep. Arrggh!!
