Day 2/3 - 5:35 AM. Perfect one to get in a workout before the day gets hectic, and boy did I have a challenge later in the AM. But all is right now. I find this song is a wonderful way to either start out, or end, my workout. It gives me such energy.

How r u liking the rower? I find I use mine way less than I had thought because it interferes with my weight lifting recovery and intenesity too much. Ive found walking and biking to not be an issue for me. I guess that's probably because of how good of a full body workout the rower actually is. keep up the good work 👏

@otb123. Thank you! I love the rowing machine. Has been my workout of choice for decades, but only recently bought one so I wouldn’t have to head to a gym. I presently don’t have a weightlifting routine so this is my muscle work. I also walk in the evenings with the dog, finding a balance between smelling every bush, and a fast pace walk. It works 😆 Any recommendations for a strong rowing workout is appreciated. I’m currently working in intervals.

I'm a super novice on the rower so I'm no help there sorry. When I do use it I do intervals and focus on intense burst with lower resistance I stead of the high resistance slower movements but I'm just looking for the most calorie burn in shortest amount of time when I use it.
