Doing good so far today, my only "food splurge" was 1/2 cup of nonfat frozen yogurt for 100 calories.
Instead of going to the gym and running today, I walked Erika to school and then went on her field trip which was walking along the river to the park and then I walked home from her school so 4.1 miles in the great outdoors.
My Kryponite is going to arrive in the mail any day now. The two boxes of homemade fudge that my aunt sent me to sell at the Saturday Market that has unexpectedly closed so I have it on my hands now, help me!!
