Last trip did not appear to hurt the weight loss. Either that or the scale gnomes were also on vacation.
Only four (4) more pounds to my next little victory.

It is going to be close for making my 1 year goal. A few more good weeks and I should make it by 20 October.

PS. With amount of weight I’m trying to lose, I don’t count the 10ths. Only the whole pounds
124.7 kg Lost so far: 39.9 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
