It's still a busy time so I haven't been writing much. I did see the doctor to go over my labs. For the most part everything was ok except my liver enzymes. It had the doctor perplexed so he ordered a hepatitis test. My lipid panel was the following
Cholesterol 184 mg/dL HDL 53 mg/dL LDL 109 mg/dL Triglyceride 113 mg/dL
My diabetes is also well controlled as my HgbA1c was 5.0%. He still wants my weight down but I've been kind of stuck in a narrow range for a couple of weeks. I may need to increase fats to see if that helps.
Today is a workout day. A one hour killer routine with my trainer. He does really push me to see how far I can go. I'm stubborn enough to not give up until I honestly can't do an exercise any more. Sometimes I just take a short break in the middle and then continue.
