Had a craving for toast today but probably only because I was making some for my grandson. But I resisted. Didnt feel hungry much today but had a big dinner. Pork belly yummy but very high in calories. No energy to bike today but did some yoga stretches instead. Back pains been pretty bad over the weekend. Looking forward to doing a good weights workout at the gym tomorrow night. Have a great week everyone. Make every day count :-)

Well done, I just love toast and am trying to avoid bread at the moment. It's so hard after I've cooked a healthy dinner and my hubby goes and cooks himself toast in the evening. Argh!

Oh that sucks. When I get on my bike at night my hubby sits there and eats a bag of chips. Bloody men. Still we will show them when we are skinny and glamorous and they are still sitting there eating crap lol
