It's a beautiful meal and would be lots of work for me to do something like that. This lazy person's lazy meal is pouring cheerios in a bowl. If I'm really ambitious I'll bake a potato in the toaster oven! The chicken looks wonderful!

Thanks, SK, Kat, NavyWife, Buenita & Jergens! Fritzy, I find chopping veggies for my salad relaxing. All I did for the chicken was pound a breast out to make it a bit thinner, sprinkle the seasoning on, spray with OO Pam & pop it it the oven. When done I sliced it up & devided between Hubby & I.
