Still continuing trend of averaging around a 1000 calories a day. Will have a cheat meal this weekend to take the edge off the fat cravings. Pretty happy and feel great. Hardest part was learning to stop snacking. Now I don't even think of it anymore. Although, I'm sure my increase in water intake helps alot as well. I travel out of state this next week and so will probably increase daily calories since I will be busier (active). Depending on how I feel and weight, I may jump back to low calories for another week or two after 15th. Gotta lose another 10lbs first. :)
