Well, I am starting off with a good day and am hoping that it continues. I worked out this morning and it felt great. But, my weight is not coming off. It has to be the Copaxone shots. I have done my research and it all points to that. The Gluten free thing is hard too, but I know that I have to make it work. The doctor said to go dairy free also, but one thing at a time!! My next goal is to go to the gym 5 days a week instead of three.
