So sore... 12 workouts in a row... So stupid 🙄🤦‍♂️🤷
101.9 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 6.4 kg a Week

add in some rest days your body needs time to rebuild. if you can't fully take a rest day mentally then just do something low impact that day like walking to still get a workout but give your muscles time to rebuild. good luck and nice work on staying consistent 👍

Thanks! The 12 days was totally not planned. 6 days was, but that's what I get for not paying attention. Sunday is going to be my rest day this week (playing bass at church and sleeping between morning and evening services).
