Blessed0989 - Don't really follow a recipe but here is what I put in mine. 1 Can Pink Salmon 2 Tbls Sour Cream 1 Tbls Hot Sauce 2 Tbls Egg Whites 1 Tbls Minced Onion 1 Tbls Dried Parsley 2-3 Tbls Instant Oatmeal (used as a binder) Salt Pepper (In also mixed in 1 Tbls capers with this batch....first time doing that but it worked well and added to the flavor) Mix well. Spoon about 3 Tbls of mix on hot pan and pat flat to about 1/4 inch thick. Fry on medium heat until brown (maybe 3 minutes per side). I sprinkle Dried Thyme on them after frying. I like pairing them with dill pickles and dijon mustard but that would be based on your individual taste. Hope this helps.
