Kentang 50gr iris tipis2, terong 1/2 buah iris tipis2. Ratakan di pan. Panaskan dgn api kecil. Sembari menunggu matang, kocok 1 butir telur + putih telur 1 keju parut 15gr & wortel parut 35gr. Bumbu : garam, kaldu jamur, lada hitam, oregano. Kocok. Tuang diatas permukaan kentang&terong. Balik deh... Endolita
