Wednesday is a crazy day for me. I schedule all the boys PT and doctor appointments(that are in town) for today. We usually have 3 different inhome support people working Weds., they all overlap. And I have a night class.
So I am taking today as a rest day. I am pleased with my running progress. It will be nice to not be trying to eat 1500 calories and drop back to my normal. Even though the scale isnt budging very far my clothes are looser.
The scale and I have a love hate relationship anyway. Because of my body build the number always seems high even when my clothing size is relatively small. My doctor says lose 20 pounds and then looks at my BMI and shakes his head.
So anyhoo I hope everyone has a fab day, stay warm and on track. ( or stay cool you warm weather lucky buggers!)
