sorry everyone for not posting qn update sooner
I have been super busy, I also have finally made it to 237 after a couple of months barely losing anything but that's not discouraged me at all. I have a kid free summer so I'm going to make the most of it as soon as I finish cleaning my house up and putting stuff away. I do so much per day due to getting over worked quickly and the heat of course. I have to finish my youngest 2s room tomorrow and then my front room what's been the worst Is the laundry that pulled up when I could barley walk, it was no walk in the park on that I go back on the 1st of Aug to get my toe rechecked and hopefully the rest of the cluster warts removed so I can return to my full normal self and start walking more. I also haven't been recording what I eat lately nor have I been weighing in regularly 😕, although whatever I'm doing must be working somewhat beens I'm not gaining that weight back (Thankfully) I look for more the low carb foods and keto friendly foods although I thought alot of that wouldn't taste good but boy was I wrong I even got my fiancee to eat some of it. I want to so badly get down to at least 180 again, I know I will it will just take some time , I still haven't fully cut sugar out byt it's not as bad as it used to be my choc milk is one or 2 cups per week and snack cakes are 1 or 2 per week.
what I need to work on: 1. eating less snack cakes 2. drinking less chocolate milk 3. walking more 4.working out more 5. continue to drink more water
those are my big goals for this month
I believe in due time I'll finally cut out sugary foods as I'm looking for sugar free options on the stuff I really love
I'm going to set my goal of be down to 220 or below that by September 1, 2022 that gives me a month and a half to lose 17lbs maybe it's too much hopefully not, that's almost 3LBS per week
