So as shown in the weight chart im gaining weight(water weight, muscles). I drank water like a monster today so this is not very accurate weight. There is however a problem: Im eating too much fat compared to protein ratio. IM trying to eat protein but instead of 40% i barely end up eating 10% so u can imagine that I still need to go long way.
Ive always failed miserably in this nutrition department. Was reading about that infalmation procss for the workout. 2 weeks until I'll get back to a normal weight and the inflamation will go away.
