Just a long walk with the dog for my workout this morning. My left knee hurts and I didn't want to do the elliptical or weights with it. It's annoying. It hurts even as I sit here and type this.

My nephew's wedding is in 4 weeks. I would like to weigh less than 190 when I'm there. Should be doable, but I've said that before.

Short run...when I weigh in on Monday morning I'd like to weigh 194. That would be a huge accomplishment given my record of weekend weight gain.
88.7 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
