Record amount of snow. The city is at a standstill. Have just arranged for someone to come over and shovel. Wish I could do it myself but it would mean going against medical advice. 2 challenges started today. so far I can say I am getting started. Drinking 3 liters of water, eating no junk food and not eating anything after dinner are parts of my challenges. Next week I add another challenge to do some at home exercises. So far I am right on and enjoying adding this structure. Hello to my new Buddies. Hope you are having a GREAT day. I am nearly 100 lbs down from my highest weight in 12/2009. I feel much better than I did, just want to get below aeveryones definition of obese.
